Cash loves going to the library. He loves pulling books off the shelves to take home. He loves coloring at the tables. He loves playing on the computer. He loves borrowing new DVDs. He loves story time, most of all, and he loves Ms. Laura.
Ms. Laura is a special person to us. Not only is she Cash's favorite story time reader, but she is also a childhood friend of mine. We went to school together in Glasgow, and our families lived across the street from each other! That is very special indeed!
July 15th was our last story time with Ms. Laura, though, because she is taking a new job as an elementary school librarian! How fun! We will miss Ms. Laura, but we wish her the best today as she starts her first day of school!
