My personal favorite place to eat while in Gulf Shores is a restaurant called LuLu's. It's close to the main intersection just across the bridge that passes over the canal. LuLu (Lucy) is the owner of the place and also Jimmy Buffett's sister. It's a fun, swanky place with lots of personality. There's always live music, which I love, there's sand all around outside for the kids to play in while waiting for a table, there's a gift shop and just this year they've added a ropes course. Oh, and the food is yummy! We decided to visit my favorite place Wednesday night (I'm not sure if Heath or the boys have a favorite - you'll have to ask them!).
Even though Baylen had a nap on the beach that afternoon, he fell asleep on the way there, too. We were thinking we could sit in the car with the boys while we were waiting for a table, but the wait for the evening was less than ten minutes. Heath carried him inside and he finished his nap at the table. :)
While B was napping Cash and I tried some of their chips and queso. Yummy! Do we look alike here?

After enjoying a great supper, we let the boys play around outside some, since we didn't get to before the meal.
They loved it! It was like they hadn't played in sand for days!
