Take for example the other afternoon. After we got home from the park, they both asked to go up to the gravel pile. No big surprise. It was a beautiful day, warm and sunny, and they still hadn't fully recovered from cabin fever.
Cash immediately asked to take off his shirt, and then began his "hard work."
Our oldest has my big, brown eyes and Heath's childhood blonde hair. He's stout, thick, and, for the majority of the time, content and laid back.
Handome, too!
He's a focused little guy, always with a purpose. Kind, loving and my little cuddle-bug.
He'll play hard and then crash hard at the end of the day. He's our lil' man.
B, or Britches, as we call him, is on the other end of the spectrum, but just as loved and just as special. On this particular day, he was super excited about riding in "daddy's truck." He wanted his shirt off, too, "just like daddy does." But this is about as far as he got...
He stayed in the truck, playing, hanging out the windows, singing, and jabbering. He also has Heath's blonde locks, but with completely different texture than Cash's. His eyes range from light brown to hazel to green. He's wirey and lean, and he's definitely my picky eater.
Here he is looking in the mirror, smiling at himself. Funny. That's him, a goof-ball of all sorts, with a wandering, flighty spirit. Happy as can be, but without a moment's notice he can turn into a little tantrum-throwing monster. Yes, a regular case of Jekyll-Hyde.
It's amazing how God can create two brothers who are so incredibly different, but then thinking about it, if they were exactly the same, wouldn't that be boring? :)

Oh how so very true!! "It's amazing how God can create two brothers who are so incredibly different..." A statement I have said and marveled on countless times myself! Neither of our lives will EVER be boring!! :-)
Update me on their differences in about 20 years. Can't wait !!
