Happy birthday, Kaffy!

Tuesday, December 20th, was my aunt's birthday, and we celebrated in high fashion! Here's a look at our day with aunt Kaffy, and just a warning, this is a very picture-heavy post!

We started off the morning at the Extreme Playplace in Glasgow. The boys and I drove into town and met mom, Kennick, Kathy and Kenle there to have some play time. They have a bouncy castle there that everyone loves!

Including the birthday girl!! We were super excited to have Kenle join us for the day, too. Kathy picked her up at "school" that morning. How special for Nana K to spend her day with her favorite little girl!

Grammy and B had some fun on the balance beams while the bigger kids bounced in the bouncy castle.

And by bigger kids, I mean aunt Kaffy, too!

Seriously, how many grandmas would do this?!

There were two high school boys there, too, that were doing some crazy flips and jumps into the foam pit. Kenle was amazed by them. We all were, really.

In case you're not familiar with my cousin Jeremiah, this is what he looked like when he was this age, only with shorter hair. :) Yes, she looks just like her daddy, or at least that's my opinion.

Here's B rolling the "circle" around the floor. Notice the guy in the background who had just done a flip off the platform into the foam pit.

Kennick planted himself on top of another pile of mats and sang for quite awhile. He loves to sing his Montessori songs!

And here's my 'lil man jumping on the trampoline. Look at that hair!

After awhile Kenle, Kennick and B started getting tired, so we packed up the crew and moved the party to mom's house. We ate pizza, orange slices and carrot sticks for lunch. Yummy!

They definitely worked up an appetite playing so hard!

It wouldn't be a birthday party without a cake!

I wonder what her wish was ...

I love this picture. With tongue sticking out, Baylen was trying his hardest to get to the cake while Gran-Granny was trying her hardest to hold him back!

Cash definitely approved of the cake - he had two pieces.

Present time! We had four small presents for Kathy, one for each of the little kids to give her.

They were most impressed with the bows.

Can't you tell?

Sweet faces and fun times, add a bow and she's a present all on her own!

Honestly, Cash didn't care for the bow. He wanted to open the presents. *sigh*

It was a fun day! We ended up staying in town for naps and supper with Grammy and Grandad that night, and then we drove back to our "new house" around bedtime. Happy birthday, aunt Kaffy! You are truly a blessing to the family, and you are so loved by these little ones!

And you and your guys are a triple blessing to me. Thanks for always making my birthday special. I hate that I'm anonymous but don't know how to be anything else....
